To uphold our sanitary standards, we do not offer any exchanges at this time.

Refunds

To request a refund or return email us at greyswraps@gmail.com with:
Order Number 
Order Date
First and Last name of customer who placed the order
Item(s) you would like to return
Reason for return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

  • At Mother Grey's we go to great lengths to accurately reproduce the colors and texture of the fabrics that are featured on our website. However, digital image and fabric will never match exactly. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are glad to refund any full-priced merchandise minus shipping if it's in the same condition it was received, unworn/unused, with tags in original packaging. You’ll also need receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) at greyswraps@gmail.com The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any item(s) shipped after 10 days will not be refunded.  

Customer is responsible for return shipping with the exception of merchandise received with major defects.

  •  Returned items that received free shipping will have 20% of the order total deducted to cover shipping and handling costs incurred to process and ship your original order.
  •  Items that are returned due to refusal (return to sender) or are undeliverable will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Mother Grey's reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements as indicated above. 

Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address

  • We do not issue refunds for customer errors entering the wrong address for orders. Please check your information before placing an order. In the event that we receive the returned package in unused condition, you will be refunded for the merchandise and shipping costs. We will reship your merchandise if requested, customer pays for re-shipping.

Non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used, and special orders.

Cancelations:

  • Email greyswraps@gmail.com to request a cancellation 1-2 days before your order ships for a full refund. Include full name, item and order number. Cancelations requested after items ship will not be refunded.
